Sabai Siam สบาย สยาม Book on WhatsApp

Lamai · Koh Samui

Thai massage, the way it wastaught to us.

A small, quiet salon on the Lamai road. Therapists trained in traditional nuad thai, working the way it is done here — unhurried, precise, and without a script.

Walk in, or message ahead — both work.

Sabai Siam seen from the road at night: the lit sign above the windows, string lights across the terrace, and the foot massage chairs visible through the glass.
The foot massage lounge at Sabai Siam: cream reclining chairs with purple towels, Thai paintings on the wall and the garden through the windows.
The Thai massage room: low mattresses dressed in lime green with woven Thai runners, along a curtained wall.
The Thai massage room and the foot massage lounge, on the Lamai road. No stock photography: this is the room you walk into.

An hour that actually does something

Most people arrive with the same story. Too many hours on a scooter, a flight that ended at four in the morning, or a beach day that turned into sunburn. You do not need to explain any of it in detail — tell us where it hurts, and the hour goes there.

We work in a room kept cool and quiet, with the doors closed to the road. Nothing about the treatment is rushed to fit the clock, and nobody will try to sell you a package on the way out.

Read the reviews

The reviews mention three things over and over: that the room is quiet and genuinely clean, that the therapists are skilled rather than merely willing, and that the aloe vera treatment is worth planning a day around.

We answer every review, in whatever language it arrives in. It is a small salon — the same people who read them are the ones who will be working on your back.

The hands you will meet

The eight therapists of Sabai Siam lined up in front of the lit salon at night, in matching white and Thai-patterned uniforms.
The people the reviews are actually about. Most have worked here for years, and the one who treats you is the one you will see again next time.

Open every day

The last session starts an hour before closing. Walking in usually works; a message ahead guarantees the time you want.

Questions we get asked

Which massage should I choose?
If a specific area hurts, take a focused treatment and name it. If you have caught the sun, take the aloe vera. If you want the classic, take the traditional Thai massage. Ask at the door if you are unsure — we will point you at the right one rather than the expensive one.
Do you speak English?
Yes, enough to understand what you need and to tell you what we recommend. WhatsApp is the easiest route if you would rather write than speak.

Book a time

Send a message with the treatment and the hour you would like. We answer in English, and we will tell you honestly if the slot is already taken.
